Razer Atheris Replacement Dongle

My razer atheris dongle fell apart when I removed it from a laptop. Razer sent me a replacement dongle. I plugged in the replacement dongle and the mouse does not work in USB mode. There is no pairing utility for it, that I can find. I updated the firmware on both the mouse and dongle, and that did not work. Any help would be appreciated.
