Razer Atheris Wireless/Bluetooth Mouse

Hello, my razer atheris mouse doesn't functional anymore after a couple days ago and i have changed the batteries several times also using other method to get it work as usual again like unplug & plug the usb dongle also connecting via Bluetooth also install/uninstalling Razer Synapse but the mouse doesnt shown in the Synapse Application anymore. The mouse seems to show a blue & green light on DPI button but after a few seconds it went off and unable to use. Please help me with a solution because i can't seems find a thread or useful links for this problem to be solve.
