Got this Kraken headphones a year ago and today for whatever reason audio 7.1 simply is not working. Tried to reinstall drivers, not working. Restarted my pc, not working. Reinstalling all my drivers, not working. But not only that, now RAZER AUDIO 7.1 SPEAKERS DONT EXIST AND I CANT GET EM BACK. And no, reinstalling the whole drivers don't fix it, tried like 20 times so far and they give me the same result. I'm starting to get really pissed off. No, unchecking that properties doesn't work either. No, spatial audio is not on and it has never been on. No, turning on and off surround sound doesn't work. No, that tutorial video doesn't work so don't send it. No, this is not a duplicate question, searched the whole internet and no problem like this found.

Are you using the Razer 7.1 Surround app? If yes, have you tried reinstalling it and updating the audio driver of your PC? You can try the steps here to fix the audio issue. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model specifications to help you look for other workarounds.
