My Barracuda X (2022) can connect to my phone (Xiaomi mi9t.) via BT, but the razer audio application does not see the headset (I have a Leviathan v2 x speaker and the application finds this device quite well). I see quite a lot of topics with this problem, but there is no solution in any of them, and tech support stubbornly ignores these topics.
Dear Razer technical support staff, could you answer the question of how to solve this problem, it is quite massive. As consumers of these products, we want to take advantage of all the functions at 100%, and headphone settings in the app (equalizer and battery charge monitoring) this is just 25% of the function of this headset.
