I'm following up regarding the Quantum Leap in Time: Visualizing the Future contest.
I received an in-app notification confirming my first-place win and awarding me a Razer Cobra Pro. I also submitted my shipping information through the Razer Axon platform as instructed.
However, I still haven't received an order confirmation, shipping notification, or tracking number.
I previously contacted Razer Support (Case No. 261102-001228), and their team confirmed that the contest and prize match my notification. However, they explained that they cannot access the contest's prize fulfillment records and directed me to this forum.
Could a contest administrator or community manager please help verify:

Whether my first-place win is officially recorded.

Whether my shipping information was successfully received.

Whether my prize order has been created.

Whether my Razer Cobra Pro is still awaiting fulfillment or has been dispatched.
I would greatly appreciate an update from the team responsible for this contest.
