Razer Axon - Grey Screen

I’ve used Razer Axon for quite some time now, having recently installed it on this computer after I switched systems. It worked fine for the first couple of days, but now displays grey screens on both my monitors upon launch and remains that way until I relaunch Axon after an hour or so (if I do so immediately the same issue occurs).

 

I’ve reinstalled the wallpapers, but have not explored any other options, as it’s a relatively new issue. If there’s any quick fixes anyone knows of, it would be great to find them. I will try reinstalling the program soon.

Hihi, Axon Team Echo here. Could you please do following two things to help us quickly targeting the issue-

  1. Raise ticket via Razer CA Team;
  2. Collect your app log via our log tool, here is the log collection guidance: How to get Razer Axon logs

I had this same issue the past couple of days. I finally just got luck and have seemed to fix it. The issue started after it did an auto update, but below is how I fixed it.

 

Under Library select the little TV looking icon

 

Go to Performance and select Windows media foundation

 

Hope this helps, but it fixed it for me.

I have the same problem but the solution you purpose didn’t work for me. I dont really know what can i do to solve this problem cuz i really like this application.

If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with your Axon logs so I can forward your case to our Technical Team. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
