Razer Axon - Grey Screen

Question

I’ve used Razer Axon for quite some time now, having recently installed it on this computer after I switched systems. It worked fine for the first couple of days, but now displays grey screens on both my monitors upon launch and remains that way until I relaunch Axon after an hour or so (if I do so immediately the same issue occurs). I’ve reinstalled the wallpapers, but have not explored any other options, as it’s a relatively new issue. If there’s any quick fixes anyone knows of, it would be great to find them. I will try reinstalling the program soon.

I had this same issue the past couple of days. I finally just got luck and have seemed to fix it. The issue started after it did an auto update, but below is how Ifixed it.Under Library select the little TV looking iconGo to Performance and select Windows media foundationHope this helps, but it fixed it for me.
