If you still trying to use Synapse from Razer, espessially for Blacksharks v2, DELETE it fully and install https://steelseries.com/gg Software from Steelseries headphones now works with HEADPHONES from RAZER better then *** Synapse. I'm using it since Razer made update in November and suck) So try it, there is 7.1 settings also. Fully delete Synapse and get GG SteelSeries
