Hope you are doing well, I moved house recently and lost the Razer Blackshark v2 pro-2023 version dongle. Unfortunately, my brother with special needs is the one who uses the headset and I'm not able to find a solution to this. Is there any way you can help me with this I don't mind purchasing the replacement. We threw the box but I have the serial number that's attached to the headset
