so yesterday i was just gaming and all of a sudden i heard a Disconnect sound and since then my headset doesnt pair with dongle, idk what to do ive tried pairing software and when i plug in my headset, it automatically turns on but the software tells me to turn it off, so it doesnt work at all, but it does work with AUX cable, idk what to do can anyone help me please

i have the same problem. if was working fine for a year then suddenly the dongle dosent work anymore. many people have this problem but razer seems to not yet commented on this issue. what a scam man
