so yesterday i was just gaming and all of a sudden i heard a Disconnect sound and since then my headset doesnt pair with dongle, idk what to do ive tried pairing software and when i plug in my headset, it automatically turns on but the software tells me to turn it off, so it doesnt work at all, but it does work with AUX cable, idk what to do can anyone help me please
