Razer Baracuda X not connecting via Bluetooth


I have an issue where the headset connects and works just fine via USB-C dongle however no device can see my headset in bluetooth for pairing.

Yes I have tried holding power button for 5 seconds and I have tried triple pressing it - nothing happens, the light is blue and blinking but it simply won’t show up for pairing and yes IT IS charged. I got my headset in january and tried pairing via BT back then, yes it didn’t work but I didn’t pay much attention to it as my PC doesn’t have bluetooth connectivity and for phone I simply use earbuds. Now that I got laptop I do not want to use dongle everywhere so the issue became more of a problem.

Additionally, I bought it in a normal tech shop with good reputation, I have also added the device to my Razer app or whatever so I know it is legit and I didn’t buy some sketchy crap. Not sure if I can post device ID here so I won’t, but I have also contacted support earlier and they asked the same questions that I answered in initial email so I’m not sure if they actually have real people review it…. Is there a way to fix it or should I email them again? The shop won’t take the headset back as too much time has passed (~5 months)
