Hello! I bought the Razer Baracuda headphones. I'm having the following problem: when charging the headphones, the sound cuts out and I can't turn it back on and CANT PAIR OR UPDATE THE FIRMWARE because the headset is recognized.

Hi everCeladonPERIDOT405, 

 

Based on your experience, your Razer Barracuda maybe experiencing firmware or battery calibration hiccup. Try turning your headset off, then charge it (by connecting it to a powered USB port of your PC, console, or plug it directly to a USB wall adapter) for 3-5 minutes, then, while it is still plugged in, turn it on.
