Hiya all.
I have some problems with my Barracuda audio volume wheel. I think it needs some maintainance, a simple cleanup or its replacement, i don’t know. Sometimes it happens I have no volume on the left or on both or it suddenly rises up... symply touching it makes the problem arise, whilsst touching it again finally solves it.
Can u suggest me where can I find support for this problem?
The headsets are very old, certainly out of maintainance, but they are still very good and comfortable, I use then during working hours, almost six hours per day, since 2019…
