Hi there, I bought a racer barracuda 2 years ago and now the singe has given up the ghost altogether. I have tested it on two other computers and tried to reinstall firmware but it seems to be completely dead. My USB C port definitely does work and I’m super disappointed because I’ve loved this headset and treated it with the utmost care.
