I have been using this headset daily at home for gaming and work and the part were left ear piece is connect to the band is starting to break after 5-6 months of use Never head this before with my previous headset so its pretty sad to see that this headsets build quality is not even lasting more than 6 months so I would like to know if I can ask for a refund or a replacement
