Razer Barracuda left twist base started breaking

Hello there! So i bought the Razer Barracuda around 4 months ago, and was generally pretty happy with the product, but for 1 month now there has been an issue. Little pieces of plastic are breaking off the left twist base of the headset for no apparent reason. It has not been dropped or handled inappropriately and is otherwise functioning as expected. I worry that it this persists, i will be left without a headset in the next month or so. Is it possible to claim warranty or what other options do i have? Thank you in advance!

Hi Maximiliuss,

I'm sorry to hear about the state of your Razer Barracuda. I understand how valuable your headset is to you. However, Razer does not repair peripherals and only replaces them under its limited warranty policy. Furthermore, this may fall to the warranty exclusions and limitations. May I ask if any incidents occurred before the issue? Did you apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit? I can forward a case but this is subject to approval. Please send me the device serial number and proof of purchase. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
