A few days ago, I bought my headset, and it doesn’t connect to anything. I tried updating the firmware, but it gets stuck on ‘Power on your headset.
The mobile app doesn’t detect it, Synapse doesn’t either, and it’s labeled as ‘USBAudio1.0.’

Razer Barracuda not seen by razer synapse app or razer audio mobile app and in firmware update.
