Is there a way I can get a replacement pink microphone for my Barracuda X? I don’t have the box anymore as it was purchased last year or the year before sometime though :(

    I understand that you want to request a replacement mic for your headset. What happened to the original mic? Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory?
