Razer Barracuda Pro 2.4GHz dongle does not work

Hello, I have problems with 2.4GHz dongle, my Laptop sees it as a HID Transfer divice. The Headset is not visible also in Razer Synapse 3 when is set to 2.4GHz and when is set with Bluetooth.

The headset is working with Bluetooth mode.

I updated the drivers, restarted the laptop, updated Windows, reinstalled Razer Synapse 3, deleted drivers with Razor driver cleen up and with Detection troubleshhot tool and the problem is still persists, the headset is working only on Bluetooth mode.
With 2.4GHz the headset is not visible and is not connecting to the dongle.

I have the same problem, I bought a new dongle but still spear as a HID transfer device, did u find a solution?

Unfortunatelly, no. The support service was also unable to provide any useful advice.

I have the exact same issue with my Barracuda Pro.

Mine is show as a USB 2.0 Billboard device, tried to uninstall both drivers Barracuda Pro 2.4 and the Billboard Device from Device Manager, to see if that help but it did not.

Mine connects and disconnects and reconnects several times. Then i change the audio output to them. go to youtube or VLC and my whole system freezes and starts to crash.

Never used to have this problem, and drivers are all up to date, and same with Synapse.
