My old Barracuda Pro dongle failed to recognize my PC and I had to buy a new one for $30 ($10 shipping fee) from Razer.com. And after just over a month of use, my new dongle broke again.

About a week ago, I plugged the new dongle into my PC, the green light on the headset stopped flashing. But I can't hear anything when music is playing. In Razer Synapse 3, Barracuda pro also does not appear. I went to Devices and Printers and saw the Razer Barracuda Pro 2.4 device in the Unspecified section. I did everything possible like restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 3, updating windows, or even wiping all my hard drives and reinstalling windows. I've also tried running the Razer headset pairing utility and the Razer Barracuda Pro firmware update application, and they both stop at the "Plug in the wireless dongle directly to your PC" step.
Has anyone encountered the same situation as me and was able to fix it?
