Hello Razer Support Team,
I’ve been using my Razer Barracuda Pro headset for nearly a year. It initially developed a very small crack, but over time this crack has worsened and become clearly visible, as shown in the attached images.
I’m concerned that the damage will continue to spread, especially since I’ve noticed that many other users are reporting the same issue with this model. The headset has been used under normal conditions and has not been subjected to misuse or accidental damage.
I would appreciate your support in advising on possible solutions, repair options, or warranty coverage for this issue.
