Is it possible to dismantle the earcup brackets for the barracuda pro and put them back together?

I love the headset but the earpads get way too hot on these summer days so ive been looking for ways to maybe use some earcups from brainwavz for example, those are way better at siphoning heat away from the ears.

I dont care about the sealing of the headphones nor the ANC function for indoor usage at all.

I conveniently have another set of earcups available but i cant figure out for the life of me how to take the clamping bezel apart.
