A few days ago, I bought the Razer Barracuda Pro. Unfortunately, in the sound modes "Ambient" and "ANC," there is an annoying background noise. I have downloaded the latest firmware, but it doesn't change anything.
This is already the second one I've ordered because I returned the first one, thinking it was defective. I'm starting to believe that the noise is just always there. I couldn't find anything about this issue online.
