Razer Barracuda's dongle isnt connecting to pc

I have a Razer Barracuda when ı attach the dongle its not detected by pc and not connected to headphone what can ı do (Bluetooth is working)

Try to use a different USB port and check if dongle’s driver is listed in the device manager. Run the firmware updater by following the steps here. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you address the problem. Thanks!
