razer barracuda sound cuts out | Razer Insider

The newly purchased Razer Barracuda X often loses any sound without any warning and then recovers after 3 seconds. Any ideas how to fix?

Hey, I have the same problème since 2 years, I have made many research about that, I never found any working solution. The problem exist only with my main PC (with asus motherboard). I have a second PC (MSI motherboard) and I never had any issu with the same Barracuda X. And the issue appear only with the 2.4 GHz connection, never in Bluetooth.

I tried :

  • reinstalling audio drivers
  • reinstalling USB drivers
  • reinstalling the Barracuda X drivers
  • change usb port
  • change my router frequency
  • disable my pc’s network card
  • update the BIOS
  • reinstalling Windows properly

All these solutions solved the problem for a few hours, but then the problem reappears.

I see no solution but change my motherboard…

 

If anybody have another solution, that would be great
