Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda headset on Razer Synapse. The headset is detected by Synapse, but none of the features work. I can’t access or adjust any settings, and THX Spatial Audio is also not working.
I have tried restarting Synapse, reinstalling the app, reconnecting the headset, and updating all drivers, but the problem still continues.
Could you please investigate this issue or provide a fix?
