Hi, my BlackShark V3 Pro stopped working over 2.4GHz after I updated the firmware. The headset itself is fine. It works perfectly wired over USB-C and it works over Bluetooth on my phone. The problem is only the dongle connection.
The dongle plugs in and Windows sees it fine, it shows up in Device Manager and appears and disappears when I unplug and replug it. Both audio endpoints show up in sound settings and the volume meter moves when I play something on the Game channel. But no sound ever reaches the headset.
The dongle LED just blinks green and never goes solid, so I don't think the headset and dongle are actually paired anymore. The manual says blinking is connecting and solid is connected. I'm guessing the firmware update wiped the pairing between them.
The problem is I can't re-pair them. The firmware updater says everything is already up to date and won't let me flash again. Both dongle and headset are on 1.4.4. The pairing utility page just redirects to Synapse, and the HyperSpeed dongle utility doesn't detect the dongle at all.
Is there a way to force a re-pair, or does the dongle need replacing?
