Razer Barracuda X 2021 USB-C dongle suddenly disappeared

Hey. I own a Razer Barracuda X 2021-headset and couple of weeks ago it just suddenly vanished. The headset isn’t visible on the audio output menu (on Windows 10 & also Windows 11), not in Device Manager and also my phone doesn’t recognize it either. I have tried unplugging and plugging the dongle, using different USB-C ports and different devices, but nothing seems to work.
I don’t recall doing anything that might have caused it to stop working. I just normally started up my PC, logged in and remember the confusion that I couldn’t hear anything from the headset. It was quite weird since everything had worked as they should have before.
The headset still turns on and blinks with a blue light, trying to connect, and just the RC30-0380 has become faulty. Hence, if possible, I would like to know a way to buy a new USB-C dongle. I have seen some from Amazon and such, but they seem defective and I’m afraid of putting a ticking time bomb next to my head.
I think the dongle can’t be fixed, but it would be nice to acquire a new one. Even if nothing can be done, thank you for your time reading this.
