I bought this model a few days ago and now I’m facing some issues regarding its battery.
I’ve tried to charge the headphones many times, even left them charging for the whole night but the result is still the same - they won’t charge and they won’t turn on. At first, the indicator were blinking red and I thought maybe I’m not doing something right but now it too doesn’t turn on. None of the possible suggested solutions online helped.
What should I do in this situation? Can I fix this issue or is it better to just return the product?
