Issues Encountered:


Audio will suddenly switch to Bluetooth.

  • I already connected Dongle to my PC’s USB Type C. Still getting that problem.
  • Tried using the USB to Type - C wire. Still getting that problem.
  • It would suddenly switch while in-game or watching movies.

 Device will suddenly turn off.​​​​​​​

  • This would turn off after watching an episode on my PC. I have already switch standby mode to ‘never’ using the Razer Audio app but still getting the problem.
  • Made sure my device is fully charged at 100%. Still getting a the same problem.

 

I have gone and read through a lot of forums (E.g.. Reddit, etc.) but still could not find a solution to this problem. Could anyone else here provide a possible solution to this?
