Razer barracuda X 2022 broken mic and one earphone louder than the other

Two issues:

  • the headset mic is extremely quiet (no one can hear it). I have all of my mic settings set to 100% volume (on windows and discord). When I test the audio level in settings, it says 10% loudness when I speak loudly.
  • One ear sounds alot louder than the other. Sometimes its only a little, other times it is terrible. 

How can i fix both of these issues? I dont want to have to install a third party software to boost my mic.

Was it working fine before? Does your microphone work when plugged into a mobile device? Please try to perform the steps in this article to resolve mic issues.
