I just bought my first pair of wireless headphones ever for my PS5, but i have an annoying buzzing noise when connected through wifi dongle. I tried to update the firmware, but can't find any software for 2022 model, only for 2021 model and doesn't work... Same goes for Bluetooth connectivity sometimes...
It's not annoying thaat much when i play a game that lacks... silence, but when you roam somewhere and it's pretty quiet, the buzzing takes over and that's something i don't think it's normal for a $99 device... I really hoped the wifi dongle connection is a good feature....
What can i do? I don't want to think the headset is faulty, it just arrived today....
