Razer Barracuda X (2022) constant noise when no audio is playing

I think I understand what you’re referring to. I only have this issue if the volume is set to max in my headset and no sound is coming from the PC, so for me it’s as easy as not having the volume turned to max… try to control the volume level from the PC directly without setting your headset volume to max 

Yeah just bought razer barracuda x, same problem only when the volume wheel is at max. If you raise the volume from source (ps5, pc in my case) and regulate the volume wheel, you'll have no problem. 

Hi guys, I have exactly the same problem. Whether on the laptop or on the PC. Even on my smartphone I get this helicopter noise. And it doesn't matter whether it's connected via 2.4 or bluetoth. Is there a solution for this?

I have Razer Barracuda X headphones. When connected to a PC via dongle or Bluetooth, or to a phone via Bluetooth, there’s a clicking noise when nothing is playing. This clicking also happens at the start and end of videos, as well as when navigating system settings. The issue persists across different devices (PCs and phones) and doesn’t go away. Additionally, I noticed that when the headphones are connected to my tablet via Bluetooth (even if I’m not actively using the tablet) and I’m using the dongle connection on my PC, the clicking becomes more frequent. All drivers are updated, the firmware is the latest version, and I’ve reinstalled the device, but the issue remains. When connected via wire to the PC, the problem doesn’t seem to occur, although I haven’t extensively tested the wired connection.

I bought mine 4 days ago and I am having the same issue. Exact same thing, dongle making more of the noise, Bluetooth making kinda noise and using it with the cable makes the problem go away. It is making that noise whenever I start a video or pause one. It really got so annoying that I am considering to return them. Do you have any solutions?
