Razer Barracuda X 2022 DO NOT CONNECT WITH THE DONGLE

Hello
I have a Razer Barracuda X 2022 headset that I bought at the end of 2022. Recently, from one day to the next, they stopped connecting to the dongle on my laptop and phone. My laptop and phone can recognize the dongle, but the headphones never connect for audio output and the blue light keeps flashing. I have already tried connecting them via cable and Bluetooth and the headphones work fine, but my problem is with the dongle. When I connect them, the system recognizes them, but they never connect.

Hi ZarAltair,

I understand you’re experiecing connectivity issue between your Razer Barracuda X (2022) and the wireless dongle.  To further isolate the problem, please try steps laid out below:

  1. Remove the dongle from the USB port and plug it into a different USB port on your PC
  2. Make sure that the dongle is securely connected.
  3. Download the pairing utility here to check if your headset is able to paired with its wireless USB dongle. 
  4. Try connecting the dongle to a different laptop or computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the dongle or the original device.
