Razer Barracuda X 2022 Dongle gone bad?

So, I've had my Barracuda headset for just 2 months over a year, love the comfort and sound (when THX decided to.work, but that's another story, not installed on new laptop due to conflicting drivers).

My current issue is over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed at times my sound will go really robotic and tinny, cut out and semi staticy. MOST times it rights itself, but its been doing this with increasing frequency. It does NOT do this when connected via Bluetooth, but discord doesn't like sharing sound with anything else via Bluetooth and all my games sound like crap. Earlier this day, it did its robot, and fully died. I had to restart the headset to reconnect it. And now, it won't connect at all. I'm wondering if the dongle has jusr wrapped out, and how I get a replacement?

My headset is still under warranty, so I shouldn't have to pay for it.

Hey there, @Evildemoncat

I understand that you're having a connection issues with your Razer Barracuda X 2022. Please try to reinstall your headset’s audio drivers by following the steps below:

a. Open the "Device Manager".
b. Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".
c. Right-click the headset and select "Uninstall device".
d. Restart the computer to fully remove the drivers. They will automatically reinstall upon restart.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
