Hi,
I own 2 headsets, both Barracuda X 2022. One of them is in perfect condition, but I lost its USB-C dongle. Second one has technical issues (terrible sound quality independent of source - probably hardware problem in headset), but its dongle works.
So I wanted to pair dongle from headset 2 to headset 1, but after trying for hours, it cannot be done. I followed guides, workarounds, everything. The dongle is just not recognized by either of Razer software - pairing utility or firmware updater. But the dongle works - gets recognized by Windows and audio is transferred to the (faulty) headset.
Please how can I force the utility to let me pair the dongle with new headset?
