Razer Barracuda x (2022) Frequently says "Low battery" despite being sufficiently charged

I charged my headset for the first time after a month and found that it may defective. Despite being fully charged, it will whisper “Low Battery” intermittently in no particular timing.

 

I tried the resets but the issue seems the same? Is it possible that the unit that I got is factory defective?

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Barracuda X (2022). To isolate the issue, please try to perform battery calibration on your headset. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. After that, you can observe if the same problem persists. I hope this helps.
