My microphone barely picks up my voice and the quality is really bad. I've already tried and checked everything. The Windows mic volume is set to 100. It's the default mic. My drivers are all updated. No matter in which app I use the mic, I always have the same issue. When I use the headset with the 3.5 cable or Bluetooth it works fine, so it's not the microphone itself. It is definitely an issue with the 2.4 wireless connection. I already had a problem with the sound issues with the wireless dongle but I managed to fix them by using USB-A instead of USB-C directly. I paid for 2.4 Ghz headset and I want be able to use. I'm not gonna use the 3.5 or Bluetooth. Help is appreciated. It’s so frustrating. If I can't fix it, I will return them and get a headset from another company.
I hear you, I have the same issue and don’t know how to fix it, no videos are working because they’re all outdated with the old Windows settings format. I’m really about to buy a new mic because of this.
