I just got my Razer Barracuda X 2022 version and i can connect it via bluetooth and USB C dongle with my iPhone 15 Plus, there is audio output from the headphones, but the microphone does not pick up any sound. I have tried using it with microphone apps, capcut, instagram etc, it only picks up the audio input from my phone and not from the headphone.
I have tried connecting it to the laptop and the mic works fine, so the issue is not in the microphone or the connection between microphone and headphones. There might be some iphone settings that i am missing out to select the headphone microphone as default, Please advise, thank you.

Mine is Barracuda X 2022 and i have same problem on iPhone 11 promax
Same question here with an iPhone 14 running iOS 17.5 - headset works just fine but the microphone does not - is there an iPhone setting or does it simply not work?

iPhone 15 Plus might not be recognizing the Barracuda X mic as the default input. Have you tried checking in Settings > Bluetooth to see if there's an option to enable the headset mic? Also, some apps default to the phone's built-in mic instead of an external one—CapCut, Instagram, and others might need manual input selection if available.
By the way, if you're using CapCut APK for editing, it works great for high-quality videos. Hope you get the mic issue sorted!"**
