Razer barracuda X (2022) no audio after use 3.5mm cable

Hello,

I own a Razer Barracuda X headset.
After using the 3.5 mm auxiliary cable, the headset stopped producing any sound in wireless mode.

The headset powers on and connects, but there is no sound at all, not even the power-on tone.
Wired (aux) mode still works correctly.

I have already tried reset, re-pairing the dongle, and firmware update.

I believe the wireless module is stuck or defective.

Just received the same headset and the 3.5 jack connection is not working. Wireless with the dongle is working. Tested on my PC and a Hi-fi

Hello guys!

 

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
