Razer Barracuda x 2022 not starting when mic is muted

So, my Barracuda x 2022 headset isn`t turning on when the mic button is pressed and when it is not pressed, the headset tuns, connects to any device but there is no audio at all. Can anyone give me some help?

EDIT: I checked and the mic is working, but i cant hear anything

I understand you’re experiencing an audio problem with your Razer Barracuda X 2022 headset, for further isolation, did you already try the steps here? Did you get it fixed?

My sons headset is having the same symptoms. 

Tried everything, still no wireless sound, but it does connect to the dongle and phone.

Wired sounds fine.
