I have a problem with my Razer Barracuda X 2022. My Barracuda X suddenly not working on although im turning on and off and also not charging in since yesterday i first time charging my headset.
Yesterday i found that my headset was in low battery but i when im started charging in, there has no light indicators shows it is charging. I didn’t realise that is a problem so i left is there for charging. Im left it charging around 4 to 5 hours. When i wanted to use it i found that my headset don’t have any response even i turning on and there has no any light shown up.
I have used almost 2 months and quite upset though. Hope razer support lending me a hand on this problem. Hope for any other who had same experience to help me solve this problem. Really love this headset quality for gaming and listening music
