Razer Barracuda X(2022) registered but did not receive an email for activation code

As said in the title I’ve registered the product but i did not receive my activation code email.

I’ve looked around support page for getting one but when I use that link it goes back to the product registration page and then asks me to register my already registered product

 
Redirects to a login page after doing so leads me to this page-

here i select my headphones that are registered already but i did not get an activation code for.

I select my headphones then I am sent to this page which asks me to register my already registered headphones

I’m not sure how they expect me to register an already registered device 

PS: If i go further and try to register it again, it shows device already registered to user

Try request new code if you don’t have surround code even in spam folder: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6052/kw/activation%20code/


I tried that but it asks me to register again and when i try it simply says item registered to user already
