I just bought the headset a few weeks ago, ang it keeps on making distorted or robotic sounds, sometimes on rare cases it will automatically turn off. I tried troubleshooting like updating, and reinstalling drivers, putting the dongle closer to me factory resetting the headset but the problem still keeps going back.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
