Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda X (2022) headphones. While they work perfectly for audio through both the dongle and Bluetooth, I’m unable to connect them to the Razer mobile app. The app doesn’t detect the headphones at all, no matter what I try.
Additionally, I attempted to update the firmware, but the updater also fails to detect the device. I’ve followed the instructions provided, but nothing seems to work.
Any help or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!
