Hello!

I've bought like 2 months ago a pair of Razer Barracuda X with usb C dongle. I found them at a good discount price ( 65 euro ), but I had some problems with the wireless dongle. I don't really understand why but when I go on certain websites the headset starts buzzing, disconnects, reconnects randomly, I have to turn them off and on, change ports and sometimes i get sound only from the left or the right speaker, so turn them off and on again change ports until is good. It s really strange.

But for somedays it does that on youtube too. If I'm watching a video and the video ends, the headset starts buzzing ( like electricity sound) and turns off. It seems a connection problem with the dongle because with the jack 3.5mm works perfect. I mean now the headset doesn't connect properly with the dongle and I dont know why, because I can hear after the buzzing it turns off then on again then buzzing then turns off, and If i play a video is played at a really low sound.

I've tried updating, changing ports, changing browser, disable the USB selective suspending and everything I've read online but nothing seems to work. I don't understand why it does that, why the connection is not good with the dongle. Did anyone had similar issues?
