Hi, is there any way to replace/ buy new wireless dongle for the Barracuda X (2022) black?
my headphone suddenly stopped working one day with my PS5, and i thought it was because i never performed firmware update on the headphone itself. however, when i attempted to perform update on my PC, it didn’t detect the dongle. i have tried using other PC as well but they didn’t detect the dongle as well. so i concluded the dongle itself is damaged. is there any way i can get a replacement?
