Hi there, in case you are having this issue that batter won't charge while headset is completely off. 

 

The first solution was turning them on and connect them via Bluetooth, while connected charge the headset and confirm is charging  with the razer app. In case headsets turn off just play some music while charging process.  

 

New update released on May 2024 from Razer seems to be fixing the problem, this was already tested for myself with two Razer Headset (Both Barracuda X) so the headset from factory brings and older version that may have the issue. 

At the moment software to fix the issue is 1. 17 here is the link for the download:

Hello, I’m a Spanish speaker, but I tell you, I tried do factory reset plenty of time first 2 times it works without trouble, but now it start again, if I connect to charge the headphones don’t charge while they are turned off.
And if I turned on I need to used plugged in an usb of the computer because starts to repeat “Low battery”. My headphones has 1 year and a half of use and they’re in perfect condition
