Hi there, in case you are having this issue that batter won't charge while headset is completely off.
The first solution was turning them on and connect them via Bluetooth, while connected charge the headset and confirm is charging with the razer app. In case headsets turn off just play some music while charging process.
New update released on May 2024 from Razer seems to be fixing the problem, this was already tested for myself with two Razer Headset (Both Barracuda 
so the headset from factory brings and older version that may have the issue.
