razer barracuda x

bought this headset a few months back. unboxed it and used it and genuinely enjoyed every bit of it since it was my first bluetooth headset in a while. and then literally after a few days of use, whenever its at full charge, it just cuts all audio and beeps. while this is a comfortable headset and the controls on the left side are convenient, the beeping really makes me mad. i get interrupted constantly by this beeping when im in calls and playing competitive games. and this entire time of searching for a solution, i haven't even found one.
